How long will it take to receive my order?

•Your order will ship in about 1-2 business days for all collections except Limited Edition and Fleece Swaddles. Limited Edition Collection and Fleece swaddles are made to order, so they ship in 7-10 business days, around holiday and peak season can take 10-14 business days, plus shipping time. No upgrades or rushes are available for these products.

Please note that business days are considered M-F, excluding holidays. Please check your confirmation email for more details. If you cannot find your confirmation or shipping notification, please check your junk folder as it may have ended up there. If it isn’t there, please let me know your full name you ordered under so I can manually resend it. 
 If you need more information, please make sure you reference your shipping number so I can look up your order!

• If you would like to upgrade services please message me and let's discuss it before you place your order to insure I am able to accommodate. No rush can be placed on our Limited Edition Collection, or fleece swaddles.

I didn’t get an order confirmation email.

Please check your junk folder. It may have ended up there. If not, please let me know the first and last name that you ordered under and I can look your order up and I can send you a confirmation email manually.

Do you ship International?

Yes we do! But because we are in another country, please be aware that YOU, the customer, ARE RESPONSIBLE for customs and any other fees associated with your order. Some orders will not have tracking due to location of shipment. If tracking is available, after it leaves the United States tracking may not show where the package is anymore. Depending on where you live, it may take 14-35 business days to get to you. If your package hasn't been received in 60 days, your package will be deemed as lost and a refund will be issued.

What if my package never is delivered?

i.e.. delays, damages, or lost items. Which means I will not refund you, or replace your package if it doesn't show up because of the postal service. Please remember that I am a small business and can not replace orders due to lost items that are out of my control due to the postal service. If you wish, you can add INSURANCE to your order, so if something does happen to your package you can file a claim and get your money back. Link below.


What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Returns on Signature blankets, Bedding collection and mugs:

▶️We do accept returns on unused, unwashed, in package items.

▶️If it was an issue on our end such as a damaged blanket, we will send a replacement, but you will need to email a picture of the damaged blanket before we can process a replacement.

▶️USA customers have up to 30 days after the shipped date and international customers have up to 60 days after the shipped date.


▶️If the tracking shows delivered or RTS we can only offer a replacement order to an alternative address.
▶️If it is an issue on our end where we sent out the wrong product, wrong size, bad graphic just send us a picture of what you received for quality control purposes and we can offer a replacement.
▶️If it is any issue where the you just doesn't like the product, or the size you chose, we do not offer replacements or refunds.
▶️USA customers have up to 30 days after the shipped date and international customers have up to 60 days after the shipped date.

▶️Limited Edition and Fleece Swaddle Deadlines are:
United States: November 20, 2019 
International: November 15, 2019

▶️To ensure you receive your item by Christmas, those are the deadlines that orders must be placed. Any orders after that will not be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Once your order is processed, we do not refund due to delays.

▶️These ship from our printing partners. They have 2 different offices, one in SLC, UT and one in Florida. They are shipped via UPS or FedEx. No upgrades are available.
