Terms and Conditions

How long will it take to receive my order?

• Items usually ship within 3 business days. 

Please note that business days are considered M-F, excluding holidays.

Please check your confirmation email for more details. If you cannot find your confirmation or shipping notification, please check your junk folder as it may have ended up there. If it isn’t there, please let me know your full name you ordered under so I can manually resend it.  If you need more information, please make sure you reference your shipping number so I can look up your order!

Do you ship International?

Yes we do! But because we are in another country, please be aware that YOU, the customer, ARE RESPONSIBLE for customs and any other fees associated with your order. Some orders will not have tracking due to location of shipment. If tracking is available, after it leaves the United States tracking may not show where the package is anymore. Depending on where you live, it may take several weeks to get to you. I have NO CONTROL over delivery. Please be patient when it comes to international order delivery.

What if my package never is delivered?

• I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS ONCE THEY HAVE SHIPPED.
i.e.. delays, damages, or lost items. Which means I will not refund you, or replace your package if it doesn't show up because of the postal service. However I will try my best to help you track down your package.

Please remember that I am a small business and can not replace orders due to lost items that are out of my control due to the postal service. If you wish, you can add INSURANCE to your order, so if something does happen to your package you can file a claim and get your money back. Link below.

Once again, I have NO CONTROL over USPS handling, once it has left my hands, it is out of my control! No refunds will be given for undelivered packages.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Returns

• We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you have a problem with the blanket we are happy to replace it. However, you must contact us within 5 DAYS of receiving the item, only items that are in resalable condition will be eligible for a return/refund.

You will be required to pay for shipping the item back to us, once we get the item back, we will check over the blanket and make sure it hasn't been used or damaged, then your refund will be issued. 

Exchanges/Damaged Items

• We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if there is a mistake that is our fault on the blanket we are happy to replace it. However, you must contact us within 5 DAYS of receiving the item, in order to be eligible for an exchange for a new blanket. 

If the blanket is damaged upon receiving the blanket, contact us for an exchange. Do not try and fix, or wash the blanket yourself. If the damage to the blanket does not look like it was a part of our manufacturing process, we will have to evaluate where the damage came from.

If the damage was our fault, we will pay for all shipping required for the exchange. We will email you a return label for the return of the damaged blanket, once we get it back and check over the blanket, a new blanket will be sent.


• We are NOT responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages that are not insured. (Insurance is NOT included). If you wish to purchase insurance I listed the link above.

• If a problem arises upon receiving the product, you will have 5 days after receiving it to notify us so we can try to fix it.
